A few things here & there and EASTER

I say this every time i post something new buuuuuut.. i really do have to blog more often, and i will, promise!
Since it's been about forever since my last post quite a few things have happened...
For one, we had a small Ft. Gordon wives lunch at Red Robin and i got to meet a couple of real nice new ladies, that's always good. For two, we bought a new stroller for Faithy but i wont talk much about that b.c it's awesome enough to deserve it's own post and that it shall get :o)

I've also found something to entertain both Faith and myself every Wednesday.
I took her to story time early in the a.m last Wed. along with Candice and Ethan, she loved it, we just have to get there early enough for the poor kiddos to have a place to sit other than the floor lol. We also took them to play in the little play area at the mall and grabbed some lunch and that's when mama's fun came in.. shopping :) I really do love hanging out with Candice, i don't know what I'm gonna do if they don't get perm. stationed here after Charlie's AIT, well I'll have to replace her, duh, lol. But let's hope i don't have to, ha.




Then came Easter weekend. We, along with Candice & her family, took Faith to an egg hunt at Adventure Crossing. It was our 2nd Easter egg hunt thus far, the first being at the little Easter festival thing in Columbia County. Anyhow- she did great at this one, brought home about a million eggs and then some and had lots of fun "hunting" them. We then spent the rest of the day there and let me just say Advt Xing has quickly become one of my fave places to go to here in boring ol' Augusta. We had such a blast. The kids got to go on a roller coaster (which was a bit bigger than the one Faith used to go on in Sea World :o)..), flying airplanes rides, hot air balloon rides, go karts and even went golfing. We've also discovered that she's a beast at air hockey.. awesome kid i got! Faith had a GREAT day, as did the rest of us. And after that we went out to dinner at Chili's.. fun day it was :)

Easter Sunday is what followed and that was a wonderful day as well. And not just for the obvious reasons, because of course, He's what makes the day, and any other day special. But we also had a great day as a family (what a surprise huh? lol). Faith loved the uber cute Easter basket i got her and is still enjoying the chocolate. She also got a couple gifts, some super cute Barbie skates, a soccer game goal thing and a cute pink & white soccer ball. She loves it all and is doing AMAZINGLY great with skating. Today was just her second day skating and she was doing it all on her own and wonderfully! I was so proud.. my kid's perfect ♥

Today was mainly spent writhing in pain over a horrible migraine and of course doing some laundry. And speaking of laundry, i have to get some more done tomorrow along with some cleaning around the house. So I'd best be off... g'night!
